FRIDAY GAME PLAY IS POSSIBLE!

This event is planned as a three (3) day (Fri-sat-Sun) event - however unless weather is a factor the weekend of play we prefer to schedule it as a two (2) day (Sat & Sun) event.

As we get closer to the weekend of play and weather becomes an issue for Saturday and/or Sunday we will look to schedule games on Friday - either ALL DAY if the majority of Saturday or Sunday looks like a wash out or Partial day if either day looks like part of the day will be impacted.

Please have a plan to play Friday if weather dictates the need

In the event of bad weather the Tournament Director will make every effort to bring the tournament to a successful completion but reserves the right to challenge, shorten, modify or alter games and/or schedules to accomplish this goal.

RAINOUT POLICY- If no games are started or completed a 65% refund of the total entry fee may be refunded to the participating teams upon request. There will be NO refund if any teams games are started or completed but the tournament is not able to complete all pool or  elimination round games due to inclement weather.
